No refund for a cancelled show - doesnt seem to be a genuine seller
I got an email saying that Tears for Fears was cancelled and that I would get a refund automatically. A week later, still no refund.... contacted them and they said they can't help me as they don't deal with refunds?! Confused and 112 pounds short. Calling the consumer helpline line - so much hustle!!!! I'll never buy from them again

Bublé at Chewton Glen
We bought tickets to an intimate picnic concert in the grounds of chewton glen which was billed as numbers which would allow for a covid secure event with the option of buying £80 picnic hampers. The event I attended on Monday was in fact for over 14,000 people with standard catering facilities- a totally different experience

Michael Buble at Chewton Glen on…
Saw Michael Buble at Chewton Glen on the hottest day of the year! In the build up to the concert, the info shared with me as a customer was excellent. The venue let the event down by an extensive 'can't bring' list, which included food and drink (originally just one bottle of water was allowed) and picnic chairs. There were a lot of people attending who were less mobile and really could have used seats, especially considering the heat. It was a long walk from the parking to the concert site (a field), and we saw a number of folk struggling. The Accessible Area was a raised platform, which had no shade either.
That said, Michael Buble was absolutely brilliant, really entertaining, funny and an all round class act. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you get a chance!

Easy and reliable
From purchasing the tickets to getting to and in the Victoria warehouse everything was easy and clear.
The change to digital ticket
The change to digital ticket - what about those fans who do not have a digital 'wallet' to save the ticket? Consideration should be made for these fans.

I was unable to attend Haim due to a positive covid test.
The help available on your website was not really what i would call help it just sent me round in circles with no answers or the ability to e-mail/speak to someone about options,
I tried to use the resale option but this function was not available
Venue too hot. Not safe and Vapes galore
The venue was a great place. Kid Laroi was incredible but come on Ticketmaster / O2 Academy. It was the hottest day on record in London and the safety measures were free cups of water and two men sprinkling the front of the audience with water sprayers.
Venue did little about the children and adults vaping throughout the show and glass bottles of alcohol were being thrown to the floor after being sneaked in.
Overall it was a rush to get everyone in with minimal checks, did not feel safe.
I made a mistake with my dates
I made a mistake with my dates. Ticketmaster very quickly let me exchange my tickets for a later date. Brilliant customer service.

Gutted
the event was moved several times and when we could finally go we weren't able to as one of us has got the virus so could not attend and there was no way of getting a refund or sell the tickets I was gutted as i had been looking forward to going
Ticketmaster Venue Change
Ticketmaster notified me of a change of venue a day and half before event, after all arrangements had been made including travel, restaurant, hotel. One of our attendees is disabled so it was diffcult without their incompetence.
I contacted them and they told me to complete a form ono their website, which I did - I instantly got an automated reply which started like this...
"Our official policy is that we can't offer exchanges or refunds for tickets unless the event is cancelled (this includes exchanges & refunds due to travel disruptions) – that's in line with the agreement that we have with the venue and event organisers, and we sell the tickets on their behalf.
As there haven’t been any changes to the event itself and there weren't any errors with our website, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for your booking."
They changed the venue!
I AM DISGUSTED WITH TICKETMASTER
I AM DISGUSTED WITH TICKETMASTER - RE-SOLD MY TICKETS AND WILL NOT PAY UP.
I BOUGHT 3 TICKETS TO SEE ED SHEERIN ON THE 1ST JULY AT WEMBLEY BUT COULD NOT GO IN THE END SO I RE-SOLD THEM THROUGH TICKETMASTER. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY PAID ME ON THE 6TH JULY - THIS IS AN UTTER LIE. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW YOU ACTUALLY CONTACT TICKETMASTER BY PHONE AS IT IS ALL AUTOMATED AND I AM GETTING NOWHERE AND WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM. DO NOT RE-SELL YOUR TICKETS THROUGH THEM AS THEY WONT PAY
